About Dan

I’ve been working full-time in real estate right here in Springfield and Southwest Missouri for over 39 years. In that time, I’ve been fortunate enough to help clients close more than 1,650 homes and over $300 million in real estate.

Having been through just about every market shift imaginable means there isn't much I haven't seen. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a place you've owned for decades, investing, or relocating to the area, my job is to give you honest, straight answers so you can make the right decision for your family.

Over the years, I’ve received a few industry honors like the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. I don’t bring these up to boast but to give you peace of mind. To me, those awards are really just proof of a long, consistent track record of looking out for my clients and getting deals safely across the finish line.

Today, I run the Dan Senn Team alongside my son, David. Working together means you get almost four decades of local experience paired with the fast, tech-driven marketing needed in today's market.
